The building site is located in south of downtown Chicago at the intersection of 18th and Praire streets. The site is close to Museum Campus and Lake Michigan.

The fifty five-story residential tower is accessed through the lobby on the east side, with 510 ft height and the typical floor area is 12,300 sqf. The floor layout is containing, one studio, four one-bedroom, three two-bedroom and one three-bedroom units.
